  • To claim your discount, simply let us know you hold a Victorian Seniors Card when booking or requesting a quote, and we’ll apply the discount immediately to your job. Once we arrive to complete the work, we may ask to sight your physical or digital card on the day.
  • Our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee covers the quality of our installation and labour. If something we’ve installed fails due to workmanship, we’ll fix it at no cost to you. This doesn’t include manufacturer faults with parts or materials, which are covered separately under manufacturer warranties, along with our complimentary 2-year warranty on supplied materials.
  • No. If you can provide clear details of the job, we can quote most work online at no cost. In many cases, we’ll ask for a few photos and can provide a fixed price without needing to visit first.
  • If we provide a fixed price online, that’s the amount that you will pay. In the rare case we underquote, then we will wear the cost, not you. The only exception is where key details were missing or the scope changes after quoting. If that happens, we’ll always talk it through with you before any work continues.
